Daily Duties at Javelin Hr Solutions:
• Use the quality metrics set by clients and company to ensure accurate and consistent scoring. . • Implement processes to aid in knowledge and performance-based pay structure for pharmaceutical representatives. • Quickly and accurately evaluated and scored online assessment tests on scientific and product knowledge to meet the 24-hour turnaround deadlines. • Showed consistent and accurate scoring the online written assessments on scientific knowledge and industry-related competencies. • Utilize knowledge of Customer Engagement and Business Acumen to assess salespeople, from regional sales managers to local representatives, on their abilities to identify and satisfy customer and stakeholder needs. • Conduct phone simulations, including: Scientific Knowledge, Business Acumen, Customer Engagement and role play.
