Daily Duties at Cleveland Clinic Foundation:
Provide Organization Development training and design consulting to facilitate group dynamic interventions. Establish interdepartmental relationships, workflow integration and team building for clients. Assess for employee development trainings and collaborate with Human Resource Business Partners.
