• Managed the transitions of the $15 Million dollar MDA Ground Test Contract supporting 7 element organizations in executing stand alone, integrated and distributed ground tests. • Managed 45 individuals in Huntsville, Colorado Springs and at Hanscom AFB in the development of test execution planning and implementation to include testing across multiple international locations and with international partner integration. •Inlcudes exceptional ratings across all aspects of the Ground Test contract. • Business Development including capture and proposal strategy and development. •Shipley trained, key personnel in business persuits.
