Daily Duties at West Pharmaceuticals:
Responsible for the customer complaints as complaint champion, facilitate team dynamics, perform investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA processes. In one (1) year worked on more than 32 complaints without negative feedback from customers, due to robust investigation process and detailed reports. Re-Engineer the injection molding validation process in alignment with 21CFR820 and ISO 13485 regulations and guidelines.
