Daily Duties at Nobel Biocare:

Compile a monthly business analysis package for executive management, including sales by area, region and rep, product trends, customer trends by segment, business trends (returns, discounts ASP’s), profitability and other key performance indicators. Develop financial models to aid in analysis of market trends, customer strategies, and identification of gaps. Create pricing models for long term customer contract negotiation Prepare product forecasting models to assist decision making in product demand and product launch planning. Manage the calculation of monthly sales commissions for a sales force of approximately 200 employees. Advise management on sales quota setting, sales profiling and set up rolling forecast to predict sales outcome. Prepare annual budget and rolling forecast (latest estimate) of position throughout the year Produce monthly detailed expense variance analysis reports and discount reports for management Prepare presentations for management on a monthly basis analyzing business performance and trends Extract data, design and produce reports and financial models from SAP, Business Warehouse, and Cognos for managers as requested Management of one Senior Financial Analyst
