Daily Duties at Vertex Innovation:
Consult with client's senior leadership to design and deploy change initiatives to solve pressing business challenges Administer psychometric instruments to client leadership and teams Debrief results to psychometric instruments and offer insight and guidance into benefits and expected challenges of possessing given scoring Deliver standup content/presentations to client groups throughout week long sessions Guide and assess team activities based on results expected from type alike/type opposite scenarios. Discuss outcomes and offer insights directly related to client corporate challenge
