Daily Duties at Cvs Pharmacy:

Maintaining a well balanced daily business operation consisting of juggling physicians, patients and drive through activity. Applying pharmaceutical knowledge & judgment from intake and prescription processing to check out while, fulfilling numerous prescription and work queues, evaluating task related emails in a timely manner which included establishing goals to meet business metric measures. Responsible for hiring & training new technicians, preparing positive & negative write ups as well as performance evaluations. Used judgement to place technicians in areas of strength as well as coordinated placement according to prescription volume. Maintained physical perpetual narcotic inventory & ordering based on evaluation of patient need. Adhered to Corporate and Department of Health Rules & Regulations as set forth. Established open door policy for patient to approach the Pharmacist for prescription, medical, and insurance advice & recommendations. Worked closely with Store Manager to increase Store measures, and attended numerous Corporate required meetings.
