OQ Measures are repeatedly administered at regular intervals during the course of treatment, st,  Reduced patient wait-times in a psychiatric stabilization center from averaging 10-12 hours to 5-8 hours.,  Managed the increase of billing completion rates for psychiatric evaluations from 40%-50% to 80%-95%. ,  Supervised doctoral interns, externs and practicum students about clinical cases, psychological evaluations, professional issues, as well as managerial and administrative matters.,  Trained psychology graduate students in both fundamental and advanced group counseling techniques.,  Designed and implemented topic-oriented psychoeducational groups for inpatients with co-existing disorders. ,  Practiced short-term and long-term psychodynamic therapy, treating higher functioning adults with normal-range adjustment problems, mild depressive symptoms and anxiety disorders.,  Researched various academic subjects as a writer/researcher/editor; composed essays and critical analyses; edited literature reviews; revised chapters for professional psychology books.,  Compiled and analyzed data from studies on test anxiety, coping styles, academic performance, self-esteem and social support for a major research project on adolescent stress in the New York City Public School system.
