Daily Duties at Lehigh Valley Health Network:
• Led build for RTE for over 54 payors, directly coordinating with representatives at 3rd party vendor Passport system • Conducted application and integrated testing for ADT, Prelude, and RTE • Built Environmental Services ADT Bed cleaning Sectors and assigned to Housekeepers thru (EVS) module using 3rd party IVR paging system. • Collaborated with team members on patient location records for transport and FEV event records. • Built data pulls for benefits collection copays and deductibles • Built General tables and interfaces for RTE • Built Spiritual Services census reports for all hospital department locations • Completed Medicare Secondary Payor Questionnaire (MSPQ) build, including department-specific opt-out customizations
