Daily Duties at Jacob Engineering:
Trained new employees on receiving and tracking multiple client accounts, using company owned MMS tracking system. Acted as departmental purchasing agent, as needed, performing all necessary purchasing tasks, which included purchasing material and preparing accounting packages consisting of the general requisition, the vendor’s delivery ticket, and the Material Management System-created ticket for material tracking. Generated detailed reports, for multiple department accounting purposes. Worked closely with both clients and vendors to promptly research and resolve any billing issues or material issues. Assisted clerks with daily duties, including matching work orders to carrier paperwork and entering information into company-owned tracking and accounting programs for proper, timely issuance of payment.
