Daily Duties at Xerox Corp. :

Managed a team of 25-450 software application developers located is multiple global locations including India, Malaysia, Spain, Ireland, China, US. Handled all P&L for the distributed teams as we managed over 400 client applications within the HR Outsourcing (HRO) portfolio that included multiple Peoplesoft, SAP and JD Edwards ERP solutions and the myriad of supporting applications needed for HR operations. Responsibilities included establishing integrated ticket systems, quoting processes, release management and daily management of work distribution coordinated with overall capacity planning.
