Daily Duties at Shaw/Cb&I:
Managed time entry into JD Edwards System for up to 75 site employees. Tracked job costs and completion for multiple projects, as well as purchased all job materials. Prepared and submitted weekly project billing packages using JD Edwards billing module. Submitted all permit requests to client for on-site jobs. Oversaw purchase order tracking purposes through Honeywell’s SAP System. Provided necessary reports for accounting department audits, as well as provided site manager with updated job progress. Being NCCER Certified, assisted safety supervisor in coordinating, tracking, and administrating employee required safety tests.
