Daily Duties at Pearson Embanet:
Promoted to forge relationships with key clients (university/academic partners) and keep them apprised of new practices and up-sell opportunities. Leveraged knowledge of the industry and each client’s long-term vision for growth to draft strategic account plans. Held initial launch meetings with clients, oversaw marketing/recruitment/retention plan implementation, and updated clients on application trends and progress towards enrollment targets. Managed client P&L and contractual payments. Approved special requests. Led cross-functional teams of up to 60 employees.
