Retained when DHL purchased Excel; placed in charge of Samsung's entire North American Cellular Distribution 3rd party operations. Directed a staff of 22 employees across 2 shifts. Accountable for cargo security, transportation, an order fulfillment processes. Responsible for $150M in cellular inventory and achieved less than $5K in annual shrinkage. Accountable for high value cargo transportation and cargo escorts. Moved 12 FTL high-value cargo truckloads daily without a single loss in 3 years.
