Daily Duties at Kinder Morgan:

 Responsible for drafting, negotiating, reviewing and maintenance of contracts including but not limited to Master Service, Gas Purchase, Sales, Lease, Treating, NAESB, Transaction Confirmations and Transportation (both domestic and international) Agreements.  Proficient in Dodd Frank legislation and responsible for annual commodity trade option reporting for the Midstream Group.  Proficient in written communications for commercial deals and ability to draft and review contract language and provisions, provide risk analysis, or discuss contractual interpretations with Commercial, Legal and Accounting.  Work closely with Marketing, Legal, Scheduling, IT and Gas Accounting to ensure all contracts are processed and monitored according to the terms of the contract.  Responsible for contract entry and analysis as well as reviewing and providing feedback on Treating, Sales, Purchase, Master Service Agreements and Transport contracts.
