Responsible for effectively coordinating, managing, delivery and execution through strong leadership and decision making skills 100 million over the last two years constructing lease roads and well pads for 12 state of the art mobile drilling rigs. Specialized in creating, implementing, and tailoring a turnkey bid process with specifications to accommodate complex civil construction projects relating to the oil & gas industry. This process averaged a 2% to 3% over–under cost variance. The owner of Continental Resources, Inc., Harold Hamm is the 38th wealthiest person in the United States; he has transformed the U.S. oil industry like no other since John D. Rockefeller, while helping to keep domestic prices low — amassing a $17 billion fortune in the process.
