Title: Quality Analyst Project: Cigna - EDI (4010) Gateway Location: Chennai (India), Bloomfield (Connecticut) Member of the testing team responsible for testing EDI (4010) applications and delivering quality solutions at Cigna Analyze business requirements for various testing projects Participate in business and functional requirements meeting to understand End to End business process Develop test scripts based on the test scenarios Create and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) Create and Execute test scripts, and manage defects using HP Quality Center Collect evidence and results of the test execution and report to the QA test lead Proactively involved in capturing and documenting the project assets – lessons learnt, best practices, and process improvement Created various documents such as Application Induction Manual, Business Flow Document to help team members and new recruits Organized knowledge sharing sessions within and across teams
