Daily Duties at Comshare, Inc.:
• Design, develop, and test instructor and learner material for instructor-led courses covering Comshare's proprietary software. • Design, develop, and test online help for Comshare's proprietary software. • Investigate new methods for delivering information, like interactive tutorials using Comshare's proprietary software with integrated scripting language, and 3rd-party software. This would supplement instructor-led training. • Interview Comshare product designers and experts, and create user documentation from the information. • Create and conduct user conference sessions and workshops.
