Responsibilities include oversight and management of a fully designed brigade Large Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility 57,031 SF. Primary facilities also included organizational vehicle parking consisting of over 400,000 square feet of heavy duty airfield paving, hazardous material storage buildings, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) and Organizational Storage Building. Special foundation work included Drilled Concrete piers. Fire Protection and fire alarm systems, mass notification system, installation of intrusion detection systems (IDS) and energy monitoring and control system (EMCS) connections and building information systems.
