Daily Duties at At&T:
• Managed a major vendor relationship with a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company providing contact center billing/collections operations in the telecom sector. • Conducted benchmark studies and introduced industry best practices to improve Key Performance Indicators and overall business results. • Developed improvement strategies that include Key Performance Indicators (KPI) validation, in-process measurements and tracking audits to determine short-and long-term results. • Created regulatory compliance and audit reports to analyze real-time business results and adjusted plans to meet performance goals. • Monitored vendor collection calls and provided feedback including opportunities for improvement by adjusting tactical approaches to improve performance. • Conducted weekly collector efficiency sessions to improve dollars collected rates. • Created synergy by ensuring consistent service delivery across all outsourced mobility centers
