Daily Duties at 7 Eleven, Inc.:
• Responsible for overseeing 9 Franchise stores with $20-$30 million in revenue. • Coached and trained Franchisees to implement corporate merchandising strategies aimed to help build sales and execute monthly sales plans • Influenced independent operators to introduce new products, expand product assortment, and narrow out slow sales items • Ensured key plans are in place through weekly meetings with Franchisees to review data analysis and store evaluations • Consult Operators on day to day operations including analyzing financials, operational planning, fresh foods concepts, fuel sales, store infrastructure, merchandising, and community building • Served as the Subject Matter Expert for Guest Experiences reporting on store operational infrastructure for the whole market • Worked closely with several Market Manager’s on the creative planning and presenting for Retailer Initiative monthly/quarterly meetings • Involved in testing and implementing new Fresh Foods products that resulted in 7- Eleven adding product into assortment • Monitored and ensured accountability for all store operations, provided advice, coached and hired store management, supervised Corporate Store Managers and employees • Analyzed store financials, look for missed opportunities, created plans to improve opportunities found, and develop short and long term plans that will improve overall store performance • Initiated and assisted in the decision making of removing under performance Franchise stores to a Corporate Store Operation
