Daily Duties at Pdc Pharmacy:
• Spearhead responsibilities of P&L for the Philadelphia location while managing a staff of 30+ and directly reporting to the COO of parent company • Direct $7M, budgeted for operations, marketing and services • Ensure full compliance by reviewing and improving where necessary according to OSHA, DEA, Federal/State Labor Laws and Board of Pharmacy Regulations • Accelerated company growth by minimizing strategy development errors, implementing better practices, applying technical measurement tools and creating the right team of personnel • Launched technological enhancement initiatives that improved service in the IDD market • Initiated quality improvements in medical records maintenance and design allowing greater flexibility • Redesigned workflow to include best practice training and implementation of new technology
