Ensure proper staffing of physicians and staff to cover every day of the year. Follow the terms of our government contract with the Dept. of the Navy. Reported to the Commanding Officer at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and the VP of PHP Healthcare Corp in Reston Virginia. Was responsible for all operations of two large ambulatory care facilities with 20 physicians and 125 staff.. We provided medical care to all age groups. I administered an $8,000,000.00 budget. Our clinic provided 100,000 outpatient visits per year.
