Provided at-the-elbow support for attending physicians, residents, NPs, Pas, and RNs • Taught physicians how to use CPOE/Clindoc • Supported nurses on MAR navigation and accomplishment of orders • Trained front desk staff in provider schedule navigation • Instructed physicians on creation of Preference List, SmartPhrase, NoteWriter, and SmartList • Troubleshot and identified system problems • Supported front desk staff on ADT uses • Assisted MDAs with NoteWriter, diagrams • Explained rapid response and code blue documentation • Coached internist on implementation of order sets for pre-procedure and post-procedure orders
