Managed, planned and coordinated long-term and day-to-day operations and procedures for domestic and international activities. Managed over 200 personnel to meet training and operational objectives. • Ensured execution of strategic flight schedules, resulting in 99% success rate. • Met 100% of organizational training goals and requirements by developing and implementing procedures that were conducive to its mission requirements. • Created an environment of continuous improvement methodologies by promoting efficiency through team building, planning, tracking, auditing, accountability, corrective actions and peer reviews. • Worked with key executives, stakeholders and clients to propose new business practices and refine existing processes and procedures to improve performance, increase productivity, eliminated inefficiencies and ensured compliance of established methodologies which resulted parallel tracking of organization readiness between 11 different organizational departments. • Prepared reports and correspondence. • Maintained confidential files, records and logs to ensure compliance with federal rules and regulations. • Effectively able to read, write and communicate in English.
