CASE MANAGER (2010-2014) Processed federal grand applications, reviewing required documentation to determine eligibility. • Reported to two-phased quality assurance and quality control process, as well as the State Office of Community Development for final approval. • Facilitated transfer of successful files to contracted title companies for distribution of federal grant funding. COMPLIANCE ANALYST (2010-2014) Ensured that applicants—who received federal grant funding for reconstruction—adhered to state and federal requirements. • Transferred approved files to the State Office of Community Development for official covenant release. INITIAL FILE REVIEWER (2010) Responsible for completion of qualitative and quantitative analysis of applicant files, uploading reports to JIRA database and provide appeals supervisors with hard copies. SOCIAL REVIEW FILE ANALYST (2009-2010) Reviewed applications marked by Anti-Fraud Waste and Abuse team—identified application compliance with policy and recommended for hold removal or maintenance. CASE MANAGER, CONSTITUENT SERVICES (2009) Processed funding applications provided to team through legislative inquiries including Senators and parish representatives—performed data entry and utilized MIS programming, computer inventory and tracking systems, and more. HOUSING ADVISOR, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (2008-2009) Answered up to 100 calls each day, completing on-call analysis of Federal Community Development Block Grant applications.
