Daily Duties at Bae Systems :

Directed development of Systems Engineering and Electrical Interface Coordination Documents for System Integration of the SSBN Replacement Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) Weapon Systems. Provided direction in analyzing, resolving and recommending solutions to technical problems associated with the development of the SSBN Replacement Trident II SWS; the preparing and presenting technical reports and position papers. Provided guidance in preparation of system-level documentation to specify design and operational requirements. Frequently required to liaison with various contractors to resolve technical discrepancies to coordinate design/procedural reviews for the Strategic Systems SSBN Replacement Program. In addition, provided direction for performing Systems Engineering and Electrical Interface Coordination for the NWS/INWSS Program and US/UK TRIDENT II SWS Support Facilities. While at the same time providing engineering management relative to the US and UK FTPI Programs.
