Daily Duties at Truco Enterprises:
Prepare monthly and yearly strategic forecasting for $140 million in business. Create key performance index reports for sales representatives and perform actual sales to forecast analysis to determine variances. Develop financial models for distribution channels pricing structures, and customer and product line profit margins. Handle breakeven, ROI and IRR analysis for promotions and capital investments. Perform SKU rationalization analysis to optimize product lines. Utilize consumer insight reports with IRI panel data for marketing and promotions decisions. Maintain SQL and Access databases, and utilized POS data for price elasticity and promotional program effectiveness. Served as system administrator for Sage Customer Relationship Management system. Manage sales tax collections and reporting for multiple states. Analyze logistic expenses for efficiency, maintain vendor scorecard for performance, and create insight reports on competitors’ products.
