Daily Duties at Imperial Capital, Llc:
Hired to establish and build a trading/sourcing platform in bankruptcy claims. Made markets and acted as broker between corporations holding diverse bankruptcy debts and institutional investors willing to purchase same. Through telephone, email and in person communications acted as a source of expertise and information regarding particular bankruptcies, established relationships with creditors, buyers, lawyers, accounting personnel and anyone viewed as a referral source, managed pipeline and executed transactions. Assisted with deal negotiation, legal contract negotiation and deal completion. As a non-designated responsibility I spent a lot of time working on establishing new investment ideas and opportunities that were under followed or that the market had missed.
