Daily Duties at Spotfire:
• Passionate advocate for the customer utilization any creative avenue to get their issues resolved • Primary responsibilities included the technical support of the Web-based and or internal server based software • We were required to support our onsite implementation team • Provided training and explanations of the Spotfire tools and or statistical methods used in the data analysis and dashboards. • Gained extensive situational fluency in producing and interpreting data analytic results and situational fluency in statistical methods and they role it plays in interpreting data, Subject matter expert in the most complex customer service problems • On-boarded new employees and demonstrate Spotfire to potential employees • Provided feedback to Sr. Management overviewing the technical support team • I am given the most difficult customers to handle with a quantifiably high success rate of customer satisfaction
