Daily Duties at Phreesia Inc.:
Participating with upper management, I exceeded the necessary aggressive network growth targets. My goal was to recruit as many physicians’ offices as possible to get their patients to use the Phreesia Pad as quickly as possible. I built and ran the B2B call center departments that achieved these goals all the while keeping customer satisfaction ratings ranking in the top 6% in an aggressive growth new technology environment. I built and ran three distinct departments– Physician Acquisition, Account Management, and Technical Support.
