Worked with Altisource Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai as Director Business Excellence since August 2014 till Jan 2015. Responsible for driving strategic business innovation models and create efficiencies for business growth. Provided thought leadership for creating "Next Practices" across Financial Services, Banking, Mortgage and Support group. Maneuvered through leadership to steer towards Next-gen high-end and real time “One View Board Report" Dashboard Solution, Predictability Models, Market Intelligence and BI solutions deployed across Altisource, this was as part of the Strategic Innovation initiative ‘IDEATE’. Coached the Business Excellence and Analytics group to arrive at Attrition Prediction Model, Hiring Forecast Model, and Customer Segmentation Prediction mix for Altisource. To achieve Resource Optimization and process improvements, with a focus on implementation of Enterprise-wide solutions and buying off-the shelf products for Lean deployment across various business processes. Responsible for monitoring Transformation / consulting projects relating to the Mortgage and Financial Services domain.
