Daily Duties at Bank Of New England:

Marketed primarily commercial loan products and services throughout southern Maine and New Hampshire, and managed overall functions of the Maine loan production office. Administered the loan process and worked closely with clients on plans, budgets, financial information/statements and tax returns to develop a keen understanding of each project. Submitted proposals for approval of client financing for purchase and construction projects. Based loan criteria on the 5Cs of commercial lending – character, capital, capacity, conditions and collateral. Branch office closed after 8 months due to continuing economic downturn.
