Daily Duties at Eisai Inc:

• Responsibilities were to harmonize the naming conventions for EDGE (First Doc) database and reduce FDA submission timelines: Plan, forecast, track, and QC all assignments for internal and external resources. • Oversees, directs, delegates, coordinates and prioritizes the daily assignments to a team of five. • Train Associates to identify and reclassify metadata for Clinical, Nonclinical and CMC documentation within EDGE. • Participate in cross-functional team meetings with necessary business units (Global Regulatory Affairs, Medical Writing, Information Systems, and Vendors) to finalize pertinent unit metadata requirements and to harmonize the eCTD outline nodes for a seamless transfer into eCTDXpress. • Address relevant issues through collaboration with internal/external teams. • Audit contents of Associates’ work and compile the data for vendor transfer into EDGE. Review contents in EDGE upon completion. • Involved with the writing and updating of the naming conventions for the metadata. • Created a Training Guide for new Associates to follow when learning the process.
