Daily Duties at Emergency Family Assistance Association:

Ability to manage workload in an environment of competing demands. Manage the schedule for the Executive Director. Responsible for ordering office supplies, coordinating meeting setup, editing documents, preparing correspondence and various other office tasks.  Providing administrative support to the Executive Director including composing/editing correspondence and making travel arrangements  Research, plan and coordinate schedules as well as conferences  Providing a broad range of secretarial and clerical support to EFAA staff; maintains office supplies  Serving as key member on Property Management Task Force; developing new systematic processes for maintaining our housing units  Developed an inventory system to ensure better records keeping  Responsible for Board of Directors administrative support including taking minutes, drafting resolutions and scheduling meetings as requested
