Daily Duties at Soc Llc:
Provides administrative and logistical support for the overseas deployment operation; DOS WPS Program within RSO Logistics and the respective Task Order; a multi-million dollar fully armored vehicle department, procurement, diplomatic pouching, personal protective equipment unit, weapons/munitions section and vehicle program providing logistical support to 200+ DOS Agents and Foreign Service Officers Conduct, process, and post inventory/receipts, surveys, and warehouse documents Responsible for storing/ issuing, inventorying and the shipping/receiving of PPE and SPE Prepares and Maintains Records on Equipment Usage and SPE and PPE equipment Handled the tasks of providing logistical support to six organizations Responsible for handling Agent’s inbound/outbound shipments and maintaining the transaction records Responsible for all RSO Warehouse operations to include operating material-handling equipment Worked in C.I.F. issuing PPE and bedding to TCNs, stocked/inventoried C.I.F. equipment
