Each with the proper Laws and Regulations applicable to the particular business. Provide financial projections and market analysis. Permits, Responsibility Releases, Draft of Employee Contracts, Certifications of Use. Department of Labor, Tax Regulations and exemptions, Department for the Protection of Tax implementation, Department of Incentives for Tax Payers, Fire Department and others. Provide monthly organized Excel spreadsheets for each client. Utilize Google email system for up to date access to information available to Owners in real time and accessible from any location thru the use of Internet.
