Daily Duties at Prescott Reality:
Review portfolios as well as be part of a team reviewing and establishing policies and procedures for intake areas. This included the creation of a spreadsheet of the four counties justice system for judgments with the existing portfolio. This was to stream line the follow up on judicial action needed or the expiration of statue for the portfolio. Create link to the state of South Carolina which provided contact with all area courts to determine status of all litigation and provide spreadsheets with funds available but not distributed by the courts. Reduced the info flow from three weeks to instant on line access.
