Daily Duties at Tapestry Solutions Inc. :
• Oversaw all operations within a region spanning 21 states. Supervised, mentored, and trained 17 engineers supporting over 4000 laptops across the area. • Supported 350+ training events by setting up laptops on different networks, training users, and helping leaders incorporate the usage of the software into their operating procedures. • Ensured new FSEs were well trained by on-site integration and visits to ensure quality support. • Sought out by peers and fellow technicians, customers, and government representatives as the subject matter expert. Constantly asked for my advice on unique situations that arose. • Meticulously maintained task schedules and balanced them with available resources. • Conducted on-site visits and assessments of customers throughout a 21 state region.
