Daily Duties at Inter Call:
Unified Communication (UC) Strategy & Development Manager - Central Region: Jan 2013 to current • Responsible for business development of UCaaS (unified communication as a service) solutions, leveraging the cloud to deliver mission critical communications (hosted voice, data, network and video) globally. • Identify, qualify and lead all UC engagements for InterCall, aligning West IP Communications strategic partnerships (Cisco, Microsoft, Clarity Converge Software and Next Plane) to grow market share for an emerging market. • Develop and implement the overall account strategy and sales processes in alignment with strategic goals outlined by InterCall and West IP Communications to deliver best of breed solutions. • Lead new product launches for market intelligence initiatives, including technical architecture, finance modeling and project implementation plans (ECC Lync Edition Solution for Microsoft On-Premise deployments). Global Account Manager, Web Collaboration Specialist: Los Gatos, CA 10/11 to Jan 2013 • Drive web collaboration strategy, increasing revenues across all national accounts in the US. Lead strategic initiatives, aligning InterCall’s strategic partnerships (Adobe Connect, Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Lync, InterCall Unified Meeting and Brainshark) and developing unified communication relationships for West IP (InterCall’s parent company). • Develop high-impact selling tools to help excel the sales cycle such as: email, proposal and presentation templates. • Create and host monthly Web NAM Corner’s focused on elevating application selling skills and process improvement.
