Facilitated a collaborative team, Hopkins Event Action Team (HEAT), which focused on patient safety and quality improvement implementations. Investigated PSN events. Served on RCA panels. Collaborated in the development of corrective action plans. Assisted with various hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives. Served on hospital administrative committees, which focused on JCAHO guidelines, CMS standards, and DHMH regulations.
