Analyzed and evaluated outcome metric data. Improved Service Excellence, Press Ganey and Safety Attitude Questionnaire scores for the department. Performed SAQ debriefings. Participated in Root Cause Analysis and assisted with the development of appropriate corrective action plans. Collaborated with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary team members related to patient care outcome measures.
