Daily Duties at The Acacia Group:
• Supervised a staff of three and also supported other key managers in the supervision of their staff • Insured policies and protocols were always updated and within compliance with state, SEC and NASD regulations • Supervised the processing of life, annuity and securities business • Processed all human resource services to include, employment, termination paperwork, and Account Manager’s life, health and securities licensing • Managed the supply system and expenses to ensure the office always came in under budget • Key coordinator for the marketing and recruiting programs within the center • Maintained the smooth operations of the office
