Daily Duties at Man Tech International Corp:
• Supported all Battle Command Sustainment Support System and Node Management logistics hardware systems and software throughout the Hawaii islands. Supported customers with setup, maintenance, training, incorporation of the systems into their daily activities to increase efficiency, exercise support, and all software updates. • Maintained over 300 laptops for customers by efficiently installing software, updates and performing computer maintenance to improve effectiveness. • Briefed and demonstrated software to senior Army Leaders. • Setup computers to function on many types of networks with different security requirements. • Coordinated support for all customer requirements and new software releases. • Provided support for over 50 major training exercises.
