Daily Duties at Weatherford International:

Aided in design, assembly and maintenance of major offshore parts and tools. Aided welders in assembly, maintenance, and modifications of all major tools and parts. Worked on actuators, tongs, tong trays, elevators, ILT's, false rotaries, and spiders. Responsible for multiple projects at once with deadlines and budgets accounted for. Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Solidworks, MatLab, FEA (Autodesk), and MultiSim Machining (Milling, Drilling, Welding, Lathe, Basic Hand Tools) Ability to Plan, Organize, and Prioritize Work and Time. Design, assemble, maintain, test, and repair major oilfield related equipment such as control panels, spiders, elevators, tongs, and false rotaries. Have experience pipe bending, welding, grinding, running pneumatic tubing, and testing hydraulic systems.
