Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin :

This position reports to the Vice President, Information Systems and Global Solutions Sector Business Development to identify, qualify and develop opportunities to to construct a $2B pipeline related to development, integration and operation of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance reconnaissance systems for DOD, intelligence community and federal civilian customers. Drives the application of enabling information, communications and intelligence technologies for the collection, processing, and analysis of information in program of record mission systems. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with key decision makers across Lockheed Martin IS&GS and other corporate Sectors including the following specific activities: • Enhance Intelligence Community (IC), Federal CIvilian and DOD customer relationships • Create Industry and potential venture relationships • Develop effective win strategies which include identifying and qualifying new opportunities • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities in excess of $2B • Conduct competitive intelligence and analysis • Work with capture and proposal teams to develop winning proposals • Assume capture leadership roles for corporate must win programs • Develop and integrate best practices across the customer focus teams • Support competitive intelligence and market research • Coordinate of executive engagement at trade-shows, conferences and customer events • Assist in support of capture process for international pursuits, particularly color teams • Draft and edit white papers as needed to support pursuits and industry conferences
