Daily Duties at Golden Living Linden:

As the ADON I helped with ordering supplies, monitoring medication carts for out of date supplies and medications. Complete incoming resident assessments. Complete chart audits to stay in compliance with state regulations and company policy. I also managed all the wound care for the entire building. I mentored new staff. Did employee reviews. Held weekly meeting and case conference. Worked closely with Administrator on budget.
