Daily Duties at Texas Home Health:
AS a case manager, I would make home visits to ensure compliance with care plan, review medications, teach disease process, pain control, and supervise the aide if there was one in the home. Then I was promoted to work on a travel team as a Director of Nursing or Administrator to offices that were not producing to having a bad state survey.
