Daily Duties at Firstat Nursing Service:
Over see orientation of new staff. Mentor and orient to new client home and routine. Skill competencies. Review all nursing Oasis and notes for verbiage per Medicare guidelines. ICD-9 coding. Over see supervisory visits for CNA's/ HHA. Keep track of who was in the hospital, where and when so Social Services could make a visit. Facilitate care conference's. Chart audits of SOC, ROC, and discharges to monitor outcomes. Or make policy and procedure to improve outcomes by how nurses filled out the Oasis.
