Assigned to the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to manage the transition of the Records Operations Handbook (ROH) from paper documentation to Web Page technology. This position required the ability to perform baseline project analysis, to create detailed project plans, and to achieve established benchmarks in a manner that resulted in the timely implementation of the proposed project. The skill-set needed to accomplish these goals included a thorough understanding of Web Page design/development, advanced technical writing, communications and management techniques that were sufficient to create an effective government employee-consultant production team.
